What exactly is an eDocument?
An eDocument is an electronic version of a document or statement typically received on paper. They include escrow analyses, CD maturity notices, loan bills, mortgage bills, and many other important notices.
Why should I make the switch?
The biggest advantage is convenience! Everything is housed in one place and you’ll receive it five or more days sooner than snail mail. Plus, eDocuments are safe and secure – the system protects you by encrypting your information. Also, it SAVES a lot of paper, which is good for you, us, and the environment.
How do I access my eDocuments?
The same way you access your eStatements: through online banking on our website. Need help? Give us a ring at 413-236-4000 or 800-207-5555.
How do I sign up or find out if I’m already enrolled?
The easiest way is through Digital Banking. Simply log into Digital Banking and select “eDocuments” from the top menu, then follow the prompts.
Business Members and Members that do not want digital banking can sign up by visiting greylock.org/edocs and clicking “Login to eDocuments.” Follow the prompts to enroll or sign in.

What else should I know about eDocuments?
It’s an ever-growing list of documents dating back 14 months, and we’ll be adding more as soon as they are programmed and tested.
