I enjoy working for Greylock because to me it’s important for my job to have a purpose and here I have that opportunity. As a Financial Wellness Coach and member of our Cultural Advisory Committee every day I’m having some impact on our IDEA work. Whether I’ve been working with someone to improve their credit, create a budget, or just navigate the world of personal finance I’m able to help make a difference in someone’s life. I’m also able to take the knowledge of our experiences and help brainstorm ways to break down the barriers and make the financial system more inclusive and accessible to everyone.

Greylock took a chance on me when my only banking experience was being a member, myself. Coming into Greylock, I had lots of customer service experience and an eagerness to learn. Once I became a member of the Greylock team, I have been encouraged to grow personally and professionally, and I have been supported along my journey.
