In the Mobile App:

1. Select the profile icon in the top right corner
2. Click Settings > Alerts
3. Select the type of alert you want to set

On Desktop:

1. Select Manage Alerts in the top right corner
2. Select the type of alert you want to set

Yes, however, you will need to reset their permissions. Please have the primary business member set up permission for all sub-users.

Your profile will automatically be upgraded to the new Digital Banking experience. This upgrade will happen automatically, seamlessly, as always, at no cost to you.

At your first login, you will be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions and change your password.

For mobile: Apple App users will need to update your Greylock app. Android users will need to download the new Greylock app. You will login with your same username and password.

On desktop: Click the login button located at the top of the page on www.greylock.org with your username and password.

On mobile: Download the Greylock Digital Banking app from your phone's app store. You will login with your username and password.

Once you login, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner, select 'Settings', and then select 'Accounts'. 

On desktop: click the eDocuments link in the main menu.
On mobile: click "eDocs" in the bottom navigation.
