Greylock is proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Connor-Shumsky and Mark Kaley.

 “Jennifer and Mark have both played key roles in serving our Members during the challenges of the last few years,” said JamieEllen Moncecchi, Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President. “Their commitment to our vision to help our community thrive has shined through their outstanding work.”

Jennifer Connor-Shumsky has been appointed the Assistant Vice President, Community Support and Events. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for sponsorships and community support and manages Greylock’s Quality Time Club (QTC), high school scholarship program and the new mentorship program.

Jennifer joined Greylock almost five years ago bringing 27 years of expertise as a development professional with Community Health Programs and the Berkshire United Way. She serves on the steering committee of the 1Berkshire Youth Leadership Program, and is an active volunteer with PEO Chapter L of Pittsfield and Salvation Army of Hudson. Jennifer has a long history of community development involvement in the region including a long history with Berkshire County UCP. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and resides in Great Barrington with her husband Tim. She and Tim have two adult children.                                   

Mark Kaley has risen to Vice President, Contact Center. He joined Greylock in 2008 as the manager of the Contact Center. Mark now oversees a team of 12 employees who handle every incoming call to Greylock as well as provide internal and external support for online banking inquiries.

Mark is a coach for his children’s sports teams and a high school basketball and soccer official in Berkshire County. He serves on the Robert “Boog” Powell Memorial Fund committee and is a member of Wahconah Country Club, where he is currently ranked as the second-best golfer in his family. Mark lives in Dalton with his wife Nichole Duhamel Kaley and his two children Tim and Samantha.

Along with Ann Palmer, Mark and Jennifer also work on Greylock’s employee United Way campaigns and organize workplace events and fundraisers.
