We have been closely monitoring the local COVID-19 situation and have prepared enhanced safety measures to help keep you and our staff safe. We understand that conditions can change quickly, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely.

While we are pleased to provide partial access to our offices, please know that using online services and 24-hour drop boxes are still the best and safest ways for you to work with Greylock, now and for the foreseeable future. We encourage you to only visit an office if you cannot accomplish your goals using one of these services.

If you do need to come into a office, we are following recommendations from Governor Baker and health experts by requiring face masks, limiting the number of people allowed into our offices at any given time and requiring 6' social distancing at all times. Plexiglass “sneeze guards” are in place at every desk for safety. If you would rather not wear a mask, please use our online services instead.

    Federal Tax Filing Deadline

    In response to COVID-19, the IRS has extended the federal tax filing deadline to July 15, 2020. In addition, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES) was signed into law.

    To all Greylock Insurance Agency customers,

    I sincerely appreciate your patience and loyalty as we all work through this very challenging pandemic. We are working with regional officials and taking direction from the CDC so we can do our part to lessen the impact of the COVID-19 virus.

    In support of the President’s declaration of a national state of emergency and Governor Baker’s request for social distancing, we have begun closing our offices to walk-in business. Our offices in Great Barrington, Westfield and Williamstown closed today and all offices will be closed to the public by Friday.

    MARCH 16, 2020

    Effective March 17, the following Greylock Insurance Agency lobbies will be closed for walk-in business until further notice: Great Barrington, Westfield and Williamstown.

    Payments will be accepted at the Great Barrington Credit Union branch drive-up.

    Greylock representatives are available by phone Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm at (413) 443-5943.

    Greylock Insurance Agency’s in-branch offices will follow the lead of their respective Credit Union branch.
