Greylock Federal Credit Union’s Community Development Coordinator Gloria Escobar, an IRS approved Certifying Acceptance Agent, will be available to help new and existing Greylock members file for Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) at the Volunteers in Medicine offices at 777 Main Street in Great Barrington on Tuesday, October 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m..

Applicants must present a current passport or a Matricula Consular Card and proof of current U.S. residency. For example: a rental agreement, utility bill, or bank statement, which lists the applicant’s name and address. Greylock membership applications will also be accepted.

Please note that ITINs not used on a federal income tax return at least once in the last three years as well as some ITINs issued prior to 2013 will expire on December 31, 2019. See https://www.irs.gov/individuals/individual-taxpayer-identification-number for more information about expiration dates.
