August 23, 2017 – Pittsfield, MA – Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the hiring of Tracy L. McConnell as VP/Business Banking Officer.

“Tracy comes to us with a tremendous depth of banking experience and knowledge of the Berkshire County business environment,” said Jodi Rathbun-Briggs, Greylock SVP/Chief Lending Officer. “We are excited about the level of service she brings to our business banking members and prospective members. I am delighted to welcome her to our strong team of Greylock commercial lenders and to the Greylock family.”

Prior to coming to Greylock, McConnell spent over 20 years at another Berkshire County financial institution in various roles. Most recently, she served from 2005 to the present as a VP/Commercial Lender and from 2002-2005 was a Commercial Loan Operations Officer.

McConnell earned a Masters Banking Diploma from Stonier National Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. She attended the ABA Advanced School of Commercial Lending in 2002, the ABA School of Commercial Lending in 2001, and earned an AIB (CFT) General Banking Diploma in 1998.

McConnell’s community service and volunteer activities include: Chief Volunteer Officer Board of Directors, Berkshire Family YMCA; Treasurer, Williamstown Chamber of Commerce; Past President and current Member, North Adams Rotary Club; Advisory Committee Chair, Business Technology Department Charles H. McCann Technical School; Volunteer Committee Member, Margret Lindley Park Celebration; and U10 Youth Soccer coach, Williamstown Soccer Club.
