September 11, 2015 - Pittsfield – Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced it will be opening a new branch in Lenox at 68 Main Street. It will be the Credit Union’s eleventh full-service branch, and is expected to open for business in time for the holidays.

The new branch will be conveniently located at the Village Center shopping area near the U.S. Post Office. Greylock currently has more than 1,700 members in Lenox or about 35% of the town’s total population. The branch will offer a full range of services for consumers and businesses including loans, transactions, deposits, and an ATM.

Greylock President Marilyn L. Sperling, said “Greylock has long been interested in opening a branch in Lenox. In fact, our surveys indicate that Lenox is the number one branch location asked for by our Members. Now we have found an ideal location, and we are excited about serving our existing member base and expanding our membership with this high profile location in the center of the Lenox shopping district.”

Additionally, Greylock announced that it will add six positions to cover staffing for the new branch.
