To use the Greylock Federal Credit Union Mobile Banking App, you must be a Greylock Internet Banking user. Greylock’s Mobile App allows you to access your accounts using your existing Greylock Federal Credit Union Internet Banking username and password.

Remote Deposit Capture

Deposit your check using our mobile banking app and your device’s camera.

Use the Greylock mobile app to easily take a photo of both sides of your endorsed check and submit the photos as your deposit. Remote Deposit Capture is is available to Greylock members who have a personal checking or savings account and use our mobile banking app— either for iPhone or Android.

To avoid delays in the processing of your Remote Deposit, please endorse the back of the check as follows. "For Mobile Deposit Only"

eStatements

Each year, Greylock prints approximately 724,156 pages for our statements. That's enough paper to stretch from Pittsfield through Salem and 5 more miles into the Atlantic Ocean.

Imagine all of the paper we can save if everyone switched to eStatements. Together, we can make a BIG difference. We offer two options for you to access your eStatements.

Online Banking

To view your eStatements through Online Banking, simply log in, select any account in your profile and click the Online statements link in the upper right-hand corner. 

To enroll in eStatements through Online Banking, simply log in, select any account in your profile and click the Online statements link in the upper right-hand corner and complete the enrollment request. You will receive your first eStatement with the next statement generation.

Non-Online Banking

Set up the eStatement service outside of Online Banking by stopping in a Greylock branch or call (413) 236-4000. Already set up eStatements outside of Online Banking? get access to your eStatements here
